What we process, why and for how long
Below you can see which data we process in each situation, what we use it for, and the legal basis under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you visit annabogdanova.com
Our hosting provider records technically necessary information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely. We only collect statistics about your visit if you have accepted this in the cookie banner. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent to statistics (Art. 6(1)(a)).
When you join the waitlist
We process your first name, your email address and, if you choose to tell us, which phase of life you are in, so that we can let you know when the English membership opens and ask for your input while we build it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by writing to support@annabogdanova.dk. We delete waitlist sign-ups no later than 12 months after the English membership opens, unless you have become a member or signed up for our newsletter.
When you contact us
We process your name, your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. Messages are handled in our customer service system Gorgias and deleted automatically after 30 days. If you want your message deleted immediately, write to support@annabogdanova.dk. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use these suppliers, who may only process your data on our instructions:
- Webflow (hosting of annabogdanova.com and the waitlist form)
- Gorgias (customer service) and our email system
- Google (email and, with your consent, Google Analytics)
- Vimeo (videos)

We have data processing agreements with our processors, and they may not use the data for any purpose other than those we have agreed. Some of them are based in the USA. Transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
