I have a background in behavioral design, exercise physiology, applied neurology, psychology and nutrition, and has written several books on exercise, health and motivation.

As deputy director at Europe Active, I'm helping to set the standards for online training in the health and fitness sector across Europe, and more than 50,000 women have completed my award-winning digital training programs.

I teach women how to strength train effectively with my award-winning digital training programs that integrate the muscles, nervous system and skin to effectively strengthen, shape and rejuvenate the whole body in just 5-15 minutes a day.

Our muscles have the power to sculpt and revitalize our bodies and prevent many lifestyle diseases. But they are also the first thing we lose as we age – unless we exercise them regularly and in specific ways. And that's exactly what I will teach you to do.
