GENERAL
1.1 Prices & fees
All services and products can be purchased with Dankort, VISA Dankort, Mastercard and MobilePay. When paying with VISA, MasterCard and Visa Elektron, the purchase amount is reserved on your account until payment is made. When paying with MobilePay, the purchase amount is reserved on your account until payment is made.All prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT. Any fees will be indicated in the payment window. Immediately after the purchase, you will receive a receipt by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided.
1.2 Changes to payment information
It is your responsibility to change and update your payment information if, for example, you have received a new card. You can change your payment information by following the link in the invoice: "click here to change payment information." Your card number, expiry date and security digits (CVV) are not stored in the systems owned by House of Strength International ApS.1.3 Services

DIGITAL PROGRAMS
2.1 Right of withdrawal for digital programs
When purchasing digital training programs from Anna Bogdanova ApS, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right ends the moment you use the content.2.2 Delivery of digital programs
House of Strength International ApS uses Simplero to provide customer access to video streaming of training videos. These are for display on the customer's own equipment, which can be a computer, smartphone or tablet. Payment is made per training program. The product is delivered in english. Simplero is compatible with all browsers in both iOS and Windows, with the best experience in Chrome.Purchase of training programs gives the customer unlimited access to video streaming and playback of the purchased programs' associated exercise videos. This means that you get login credentials and access to a website where the material is hosted. On this site you can use the program as often as you like, within the framework of our trading conditions.
However, we reserve the right to remove the material from the website. We will always make sure to give you a notice so that you can download the material to your own device for continued use.

SPECIAL EVENTS, INCLUDING ONLINE EVENTS, LIVE EVENTS, ETC.
3.1. Right of cancellation on events
There is no right of cancellation on tickets purchased for special events which take place at a specific time, such as courses, webinars, lectures, masterclasses/workshops and the like. This means that registration and purchases of tickets for special events are binding. However, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.3.2. Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel masterclasses and live events due to insufficient registrations or in the event of illness. In the event of cancellation, it will be possible to move your registration to another date where there are available places or to receive a full refund.4.
RIGHTS
All rights and products belong to House of Strength International ApS and are copyright protected. Every product is personal, and therefore you may not sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute the product without prior written agreement with House of Strength International ApS.
Upon purchase, an exclusive license is obtained to use the purchased product as indicated under the product description. The product is delivered digitally via a closed website with its own login credentials, which you receive by e-mail or as a live event.

DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
The agreement concluded with House of Strength International ApS is subject to Danish law.
You have the option to initiate a complaint process by contacting House of Strength International ApS in writing at support@annabogdanova.com.
A complaint about a product or service can also be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. A fee will be charged to have the complaint processed.
The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted at ec.europa.eu.
When submitting a complaint, you must indicate our e-mail address as support@annabogdanova.dk.
