LADY LIBERTY
STRONG SHOULDERS AND A TIGHTER WAISTLINE
Grab your kettlebell and with your right hand, help your left arm up into a stretched position.
Think of elongating your body as much as possible, draw your tailbone under you (imagine "zipping up" your core muscles), and keep your arm close to your ear.
Hold this position for 10-20 seconds before switching sides.
Take a break, then continue with alternating lifts with your right and left arm for 5 minutes.
CATWOMAN
FIRM BUTTOCKS AND STRONG BACK
Grab your kettlebell with one hand and pull your arm back between your legs while swinging your kettlebell backward.
Rise powerfully and use your hips and glutes as your engine.
"Twist" your forearm up until your kettlebell is in front of your shoulder.
Hold the tension here for a moment before bringing the kettlebell straight down toward the floor again.
Repeat 5 times before switching sides.
