WHAT COCO CHANEL AND "THE LITTLE BLACK DRESS" CAN TEACH YOU ABOUT EXERCISE

"The Little Black Dress revolutionised fashion back in 1926.
Back then, iconic fashion designer Coco Chanel created the classic "little black dress", which was and still(!) is:

✔️ Long-lasting
✔️ Versatile
✔️ Affordable
✔️ Accessible

By moving the waist down towards the hips, lifting the hemline of the dress above the ankles and keeping the silhouette straight and slightly loose, Coco Chanel gave women a whole new sense of freedom of movement by liberating them from constricting corsets and overly tight clothing.
So they could move.
Breathe.
And probably digest their food properly too!

I wonder if Chanel knew that it would later become a powerful weapon in many women's arsenal?

For example, remember Princess Diana's "I don't give a damn" revenge dress that she wore the day Prince Charles revealed his infidelity?

Wonder Woman has a shield... Diana had her "little black one".

A MUST-HAVE IN EVERY WOMAN'S ARMOURY

The little black one - and Coco Chanel,
have definitely been my inspiration for the requirements that a workout programme must meet to be essential.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Exactly what a woman needs her workout to be....

LONGLASTING

You need to be able to stick with it and keep sticking with it - with lasting effects - for the long haul.
Like the little black dress that's 95 years old and still in almost every woman's wardrobe in some format or another.

ALLROUND

You need to be able to train your entire body - without having to train full-time to reap the benefits. That's why my strength training is not just about toning, but also about more strength and energy, balanced hormones and a better immune system. All in the same workout. Like the little black one - it can be used for everything.

MANAGEABLE

You need to be able to manage it even in a busy schedule. That's why you can do as little as 5-10 minutes a day - if you train strategically and purposefully.
As with my training programmes, which are all designed to give you the most benefit in the shortest time.

ACCESSIBLE

It has to be easy to do, with no preparation or special prerequisites. Otherwise you won't get it done. Like "the little black one" that's always ready in the cupboard.
And goes with everything.

LIBERATING

You should have more energy and more freedom of movement than before you started.
You should be able to breathe better, move more, feel freer.
Out with the corset! (and bring out the inner shapewear that makes you look toned without the constricting corset)

LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO THE WORKOUT ANSWER TO THE "LITTLE BLACK DRESS"

The last 15+ years I have been teaching tens of thousands of Danish women how to etablish and maintain a regular training routine with 5-minute micro-training sessions involving both the brain and muscles, so they can access much more strength, freedom, and energy in their everyday lives.

In my opinion, this highly effective training is the most important investment in your future.
